Mr. Md. Delowar Hossain ACS

Mr. Md. Delowar Hossain joined Confidence Cement PLC as Company Secretary on 11th March 2018. Prior joining in Confidence Cement PLC, Mr. Hossain has served at S.Alam Group (fastest growing and leading business conglomerate in the country) as Assistant Company Secretary and prior that he also served A.A. Mahmud & Co., Cost & Management Accountants as Deputy Manager- Corporate Affairs.

Mr. Hossain successfully qualified the Chartered Secretary (CS) course from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He did Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management with having meritorious result from the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), Dhaka. He also obtained certificate as Income Tax Practitioner (ITP) from the National Board of Revenue (NBR).

Having scholastic academic track record, Mr. Hossain did his Masters of Business Studies (MBS) & Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) from the National University. Mr. Hossain is both Chartered Secretary and HR professional by profession.

He is the Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) and a Member of Institute of Internal Auditors, Bangladesh (IIAB).

He is also a Member of Chattogram Regional Chapter Sub Committee of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB), a professional statutory body in Bangladesh under an Act of Parliament to develop, promote and regulate the Profession of Chartered/ Company Secretaries in Bangladesh.
